Chimney Sweep Training
There is a serious shortage of Certified Chimney Sweeps in Ireland.
Immerse yourself in Chimney Sweep Training. Our dedicated Chimney Sweep Training facility is home to the most advanced techniques and products in the industry.
We are the only people in Ireland, who manufacture chimney sweeping equipment and train chimney sweeps to certification. We need certified chimney sweeps, or those wishing to become certified chimney sweeps in Ireland as a matter of urgency!
The course has been designed by chimney sweeps with a plethora of knowledge gained through years of experience in both manual and power sweeping. Set out over 2 days, the trainees will be mentored at a pace that will allow them to absorb the new information/skills and has been crafted to avoid information overload that can occur with some courses.
The chimney sweep training course will provide in depth knowledge on the road to becoming a certified chimney technician. From starting up your business to creating a customer base, scheduling your appointments, current legislation and the practical skills that are essential for the modern chimney sweep. We train for both Commercial and Domestic chimney cleaning and maintenance. Learn how to spot non-compliance installations (building regulations Part J) and safely sweep the appliance, certificate and leave the customer with knowledge on how to best use the appliance.
Training groups are normally kept small for a more involved learning experience, with only 6 people trained per training session in our dedicated chimney sweep training facility in County Wexford. During CoVid, this number is even less resulting in even fewer places available.
