These chimney sweeping certificates can only be issued by trained chimney sweeps using our equipment.

They are self-carbonating and are triple sheets.

• Top sheet (White) is issued to the customer/homeowner/tenant.
• Second sheet (Yellow) is issued to the Landlord/agent/Council/association.
• Third Sheet (Pink) sheet is for your records and like business accounts should be kept for 5 years as a record.

The sheet is easily followed and can be used for two chimneys/appliances per house. There are enough sheets to accommodate a week’s hard work!
