Shipping & Returns

Orders placed Monday to Friday by midday GMT will be dispatched the same day, All other orders will be dispatched the following working day.

1. Cancellations

You can notify us by email prior to dispatching your goods to, or if goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with number 2 below.

2. Returns

Goods you have ordered from us can be returned for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

3. Refunds

Upon receipt of the goods we will provide you with a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

4. Your right to return goods

The rights to return goods to us as referred to in clause 2 will not apply in the following circumstances:

• If the product has been used
• Any product or products that we have made or customised specifically for you

Deliveries are sent out via UPS for postal services and should arrive within 5 working days of cleared funds.
The provisions of clause 4 does not affect your statutory rights.
Rod Technology does not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
